In Gym...
In chest game, take care of this thing seriously. If you do not took care of it, you are going to ruin your hardwork.
Take 3 sets each of 12 rounds. Chest game is one of the important game in gym. So take care of this thing and make rectangular shape of the arms.
In this game keep shoulders shoulders in 90 of flexion.
while dumble are at top, do not touch the dumbles together. Keep a little distance between them. sometimes it's look nice to hear sounds of dumble. But it's not a good practice.

Hey look at the picture. the above one is totally wrong and you are stretching the muscles in a wrong way.
